Email Marketing
There are a large number of 3rd party email marketing platforms out there, some of which integrate really well with Salesforce. If you want support from Red River to identify and develop the best option for your charity get in touch. Here are some options that Red River recommends:
1. Campaign Monitor which you can integrate with Salesforce using the app Campaign Monitor for Salesforce.
1. iContact is a native solution where you can create, send and track emails and social campaigns directly within salesforce. An affordable solution for charities on a tight budget. iContact Pro enable bi-directional sync with Salesforce (great for GDPR compliance)
2. Cazoomi SyncApps to integrate Mailchimp with Salesforce. This is an affordable option for charities/non-profits that already use and love Mailchimp. Using one Mailchimp List and Groups enables the option to add Email Opt-In fields that can then sync with Salesforce (great for GDPR compliance)
3. Salesforce Pardot is Salesforce owned, so it really is the most 'integrated' Salesforce email marketing solution. However, the cost is considerably more than the options above, see pricing (non-profit discount available)
Lightning List Emails
Salesforce Lightning has a great option to send group emails to contacts, see Send a List Email in Salesforce Lightning
This can be a really useful and simple alternative to using Outlook for mass 'group' emails for example to say 10 to 50 contacts. However it's not a mass email marketing solution due to the following limitations:

This can be a really useful and simple alternative to using Outlook for mass 'group' emails for example to say 10 to 50 contacts. However it's not a mass email marketing solution due to the following limitations:
- Salesforce email send limit of 2,000 emails per day
- No unsubscribe or amend preferences option (not good for GDPR)
- The person sending the mass email will be the 'from' person for email sends. You cannot use an organisational wide email address
